Church in the morning. Pastor Cecil spoke on overcoming anxiety. Really really good! After, Jaclyn, Abigail, and I went over to Sue's house for lunch (Allison was there too). Wow I have definitely missed her cooking! I ate almost more than my belly could hold!
Sue then took us all to Crawfordsburn Park. The sun was out and though cold it was quite a lovely day. Alli didn't last long - she was a bit tired from all the walking. . . but the rest of us went for a nice walk along the shore. Abigail and I stopped every 5 seconds to take pictures - hahaha we had a blast!! Here are some of the shots I got. . .

YAY FOR SHADOWS. . . YAY FOR SUNSHINE! |
After walking for about half an hour we decided to head back to the car. And not a moment too soon! Off in the distance we could see the greyest fullest clouds coming towards us along with some heavy rain it looked like!

Dark clouds coming in fast! |
We literally made it to the car JUST IN TIME! Decided to stop for some tea and coffee at a nearby hotel (same place where I had my first taste of duck a couple months ago) After our warming up drinks we stopped to look at the wedding showcase that was also going on in the hotel. One day Julie. . . one day <3
The night service was good. I actually spoke (Pastor Henry rang me around 2.30 asking if I would speak! Nothing like short notice!) I spoke on the spiritual battle we are all fighting in and on the armor of God -focusing on the sword of the Spirit. God really has been speaking to me alot on all of this the past few weeks. We can wear all of the armor but only the sword which is scripture (aka the Word of God) can actually "kill" our enemies! Just like in a physical battle. . . the armor only protects you for so long, you must have a weapon to fight with! We, as Christians, MUST use the Word of God to eliminate the evil one!
I had another good conversation with Rachel tonight. Really blessed with how encouraging she is.
Excited for what God has in store for this next week! BIG THINGS!
