Two More Days...

Been another couple of days here in Northern Ireland. Yesterday, Thursday, was really good but less relaxing than I would've hoped. I was asked to be in a lunch meeting with Dr Cecil, a local Pastor, and his Youth Pastor. It was really good to meet them however and feel the connection with them will be incredible in moving forward bringing the love of Christ in this area.
Had Junior Youth and The Loft Youth after. The Gap Club went well - had 10 kids. Though it is always hard work I absolutely love those kids! Talked about families (used mine as inspiration for the message. . . miss them all SO much!).

The Loft Youth was amazing (like always). Had quite a number of them show up and a large number stayed for the service. Spent the night making my rounds - chatting with all the teens. Planning on starting up some more "girl" stuff to do (props to Emma and Becki) Cant wait until next week!

I got to pray for several of the youth at the end there. . . one in particular, Rachel, was really touched. God used me to be His vessel in speaking to her. I was blown away by it. I love when I open my mouth and He then takes over! Nothing else like it.

Stayed up for a bit to talk with Jaclyn about the testimonies on the night. Was good to fellowship and discuss all the Lord is doing!



Today was Friday - ALWAYS a busy day! Worked in the office. . . planning out The Dream Centre Info Night (which is at the end of this month!!) Hard to believe we are already in March! Where has the time gone??? Street reach tonight was one of those you'll never forget. Loads of teens out so Jaclyn, Abigail, and I visited with them most of the evening.

 Vinny and a couple of the other guys on the team met a man who was passing by. They offered him some hot chocolate and from that a conversation was started. The man was on his way to commit suicide, he had with him in a backpack boxes of tablets he had gathered together to take. He told them he was an alcoholic and had no hope left in his life. After about 6 cups of hot chocolate later he found hope and was going home to make amends to his wife and children! GOD IS AMAZING!!!!

Came home tonight pumped up about the last story there but also near tears for the somewhat helpless feeling I get when around all the teens whom I love so much. There is such a need and sometimes I haven't a clue what to do so I just pray and pray and pray - because HE knows.

Just finished a movie with Jaclyn there. A bit tired from all of the days activities so I think I'm gonna call it a night!
